For information on most any phase of consumer sciences (formerly Home Economics) we can field questions for families and individuals.  The diversity in this field includes  information  on high altitude cooking,  baking, food preservation, stain removal from  both clothing and home furnishings, food safety, 4-H projects  available, comparison shopping for many house hold appliances, financial planning and budgeting,  health,  and various areas of human relations.
