OWNER! Please perform maintenence! You might also move the cache slightly, as I think the reason it's broken is people have driven over it judging by it's location!

I assume this one is called Eagle Whisperers because as I came up within feet of the cache, an eagle took flight off the ground. There were other tire tracks that were very fresh, so I JUST MISSED someone at the cache. The container is broken and is heavily damaged. The big log book pages were frozen together. I took the CITY OF ROCK SPRINGS PIN, and left a toy car. I was going to leave a Geocoin, but there was so much water in the container, I didn't want the coin to get damaged. This cache needs SEVERE maintenence!

Hints (Back)
One mile down the dirt road, off of highway 191 North, that goes west straight on 'til evening.

There's a small two track road, off the dirt road, that leads north and close to the cache. Let us know your opinion on how difficult it was to find this cache. We're new at this.
