On a ridge overlooking Carter. You can drive to within a few feet of the cache.
From this cache you can look out over the Carter area. At one time this was a regular stop for the railroad. You could board a passenger train; get the mail, grain and other things. At one time there were corrals, loading chutes and scales for shipping livestock on the railroad. When I was a young boy I spent many long days here with my dad during shipping season. The cache has a few small trade items. May not be accessable in winter.
