Fremont County Sudden Death Seminar

home

The 2007 Seminar provided coverage of high-profile homicides in Fremont County, the Yellowbear and Grady cases from 2004, which were both successfully prosecuted in 2006.  We wish to thank the Fremont County Attorney's Office, and officers of the Riverton Police Department for providing excellent presentations and insight into these types of cases.

Also presented: William Hougesan, retired Chicago PD Homicide Detective, on Homicide Investigation, Interviews, and Interogations.

Danny Walker, Asst. WY State Archaeologist, presented on Skeletal Remains, Forensics vs Archaeology.

Stay tuned to this page later in 2008 for information on the next seminar!

Co-sponsored by the Fremont County Coroner's Office, Fremont County Sheriff's Office, & Riverton Police Department.

Twenty (20) hours of POST credit will be requested.

The events are held at the WY Fire Academy, 2500 Academy Ct., Riverton, WY 82501
